Carol has had the advantage of being on all sides of recruiting: as an agency recruiter for over 9 years she led the Insurance National Search and The National Recruiters Associations, in annual placements and billings. As a corporate recruiter and HR Director she has developed, implemented and maintained robust recruiting programs for national and international corporations such as Publishers Clearing House, MetLife and TELUS International. While job boards and resume searches have certainly had a place in identifying candidates, it has consistently been the alternative recruiting strategies she employees that has earned her a reputation for cultivating and placing candidates who "stick".
